About the Conference Calendar Database
New conferences are added regularly to ensure that the information in the database is as current as possible.

What You Will Find When You Search This Database?
The Conference Calendar Database will help you find international, national, state, or local meetings where professionals gather to share research findings, network, and learn new insights into HIV/AIDS, STDs and TB. These meetings may deal with prevention, treatment, research, or a variety of other topics.

The information provided about each event include the:

  • location,
  • country,
  • dates,
  • sponsor,
  • contact,
  • event type, and
  • major descriptors.

How the Database Is Organized
The Conference Calendar Database is organized into sections called "fields." For example, "Location," "Country," and "Dates," are each separate fields. Together these fields make up the full description of each meeting in the database; this is called a "record." Your search results will be made up of database records that match your search question.

After you enter the information, click on Search. The Results screen will show all events that match the criteria you entered. Click on an meeting's name to display the full record for that event.
